This is for high-functioning individuals who feel emotionally stuck, numb, overwhelmed, or triggered — despite years of inner work or therapy. If you’re ready to heal the root, not just manage symptoms, you’re in the right place.

2. What can I expect in a session?

Each session is a private 90-minute healing experience where we work with your nervous system using EFT tapping, somatic techniques, and subconscious patterning. I guide you gently but deeply through releasing stored emotional charge and restoring inner safety.

3. How is this different from therapy or talk coaching?

Traditional talk-based methods work at the level of the mind. My work goes deeper — we work with your body and nervous system directly. You won’t just “understand” your patterns… you’ll feel them shift.

4. What results have your clients experienced?

Clients often describe feeling emotionally lighter, calmer, and more empowered — sometimes after just one session. Many report freedom from triggers, deeper connection to self, and a return to joy and wholeness they hadn’t felt in years.

No. We don’t need to rehash your trauma in detail. This is a gentle process focused on releasing stored energy, not retelling your story. Your body already knows what needs to be released — and we work with it safely and respectfully.

If you’ve tried other approaches but still feel emotionally disconnected, reactive, or exhausted — you’re likely ready. All you need is a willingness to show up for yourself with honesty and curiosity. I’ll guide the rest.

Yes. For 5-session clients, I offer limited support between sessions via email or voice notes — to help you integrate and stay regulated as you go deeper into this work.

9. What if I’ve never done tapping or somatic work before?

No problem. I’ll guide you every step of the way. Many clients are new to these tools and often say, “This felt natural and safe — and worked faster than anything I’ve tried before.
